Join us for an open mat at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Amsterdam.
You can take part in the open mat to spar, come by to watch, or sign up for a GRPL match.
GRPL matches are unique Submission Wrestling matchups designed to make it possible for fighters from different combat sports backgrounds to compete against each other under a fair and accessible ruleset. This makes it possible to match athletes from disciplines such as BJJ, wrestling, judo, MMA, sambo and other grappling styles.
GRPL matches are filmed and published on the GRPL YouTube channel, with over 40,000 subscribers.
